The FBI is aware of a cyber-criminal enterprise group claiming a compromise of the portal and alleged impact to FBI employee personally identifiable information (PII). While the point of breach is still undetermined—whether a third-party or the FBI’s enterprise—we are actively and aggressively investigating this matter and working closely with those third-party providers that support to mitigate any and all risk.

CAPTURED! Ze'kevious Perry is in custody. A FBI SWAT team arrested him at a house in Montgomery, AL today. Perry was wanted for his alleged involvement in a mass shooting on Edgewood Avenue in Atlanta in July, 2025. More here:

The FBI and DOJ are announcing the seizure of internet domains associated with NightmareStresser, one of the world’s longest running Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) for-hire services. Since 2022, the NightmareStresser Booter service was used to launch hundreds of thousands of actual or attempted DDoS attacks targeting victims worldwide. These actions were taken in conjunction with Operation PowerOFF, an ongoing effort among international law enforcement agencies aimed at dismantling criminal DDoS-for-hire infrastructure worldwide. The seizures announced today were performed by @FBIAnchorage in coordination with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. 🔗
