The President’s tariffs have injected unnecessary chaos and confusion into Pennsylvanians' lives — and have raised prices across the board for our farmers, small businesses, and families.
We’ve won in court before to protect Pennsylvanians from the costs of Trump’s disastrous trade war — and the Supreme Court has already ruled his tariffs unlawful — so now we’re going back to court to stop him yet again.
