Republicans need Democratic support to get to 60 votes, and the latest language has not won them over. For BTC and ETH, the delay changes little in the near term. Macro conditions and ETF flows remain the bigger drivers. For altcoins, CLARITY could shape which assets US exchanges, custodians and institutions are willing to support. It won’t decide which projects succeed, but it could give more of them a real path into US markets, making US demand far more relevant to how they trade globally.
