BREAKING: Naval Station Norfolk, the largest naval complex worldwide, has been placed under a heightened security environment due to an unspecified threat or development, with the naval station saying "access to the installation has been adjusted, with some gates closed or operating with reduced lanes," per a release from Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia.
Norfolk last put this wording out, with no exercise named, after 9/11, after Soleimani in January 2020, and again at the start of the Iran war.
