This is the basic foundation upon which Americans can later discuss, debate, and discover a more positive vision of what kind of country they want to be. "Third parties are impossible" and yet when Democrats are in power, Americans vote Republican and when Republicans are in power, Americans vote Democrat. It's almost like the people hate both parties when they happen to be in power. You have to be retarded not to get it.

To @hasanthehun, When Democrats win, it doesn't push the country left. It pushes "leftists" Right, as they begin to rationalize and make excuses for the regime under the pretext of "stopping the Republicans." The Republicans will never be comprehensively defeated by the Democrats or vice versa. In a duopoly SYSTEM, they need each other, and it's designed deliberately to crush the Left. When Democrats win elections, Republicans win the nation by becoming the voice of opposition (and vice versa). Whoever is the voice of opposition, wins the future. What does that tell you? That the majority are not simply "progressive liberals" or "reactionary bigots," but are united by common opposition toward the regime. Building a genuine, long-term opposition to the regime is what will secure victory for the Left, not abandoning all principles to "ride the Democrats to the top" (and be presented with the choice to either forfeit Left politics or be kicked out). The Democrats secured control of the House, Senate and presidency in 2021. That absolutely didn't prevent Republicans from winning again. In fact, it arguably guaranteed it. It's not wise to sacrifice the future for the present.

The US regime never actually changes with elections. What changes is the discourse used to justify it, all the ways 'influencers' do mental gymnastics to convince dissidents to voluntarily become shills. It's Democrats and Republicans who need the people. Not the reverse.

Decades after the disastrous capitalist 1990's, I am happy to report that Socialism is making a return to Russia. "Capitalism" has been tried, and failed miserably. The majority in Russia and the world are beginning to accept this.
