Just over two years ago, we lost a bright young girl whose love for animals and nature left a lasting mark.
Jocelyn Nungaray believed every creature deserved a safe place to call home. Today, her compassion lives on at the Jocelyn Nungaray National Wildlife Refuge, a home for wildlife and a place for people to enjoy nature.
May her kindness continue to inspire us all to protect the natural world and see the beauty in every living thing.
