My friend @altcap had mentioned a preventative heart scan for months.
I kept putting it off. I felt perfectly fine.
Eventually, I booked it, just to be thorough. Ten minutes in and out.
Then came the call:
“You’ve got dangerous plaque buildup. Your heart may be in rough shape.”
