I absolutely love my @maticrobots and recommend Matic to friends and family all the time. The product has such a bright future, and everyone I’ve interacted with on the Matic team has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they’re building. Coming from Eufy, the difference has been huge. I don’t miss constantly rescuing a robot that’s stuck or watching it bump into everything 😅 With Matic, I can start a run and actually trust it to do its thing without babysitting it, that peace of mind is probably my favorite part. My one frustration is an issue I’ve been dealing with since April: when mopping, the wheels lose traction and make a really loud squealing noise and spin in place. I’ve been working with support since then, and they’ve been super nice and responsive, I just really hope a fix is coming soon! I’d love to be able to run Matic overnight without hearing the squealing 😂 Still a huge Matic fan. ❤️ I’m excited to see where the team takes it!
