Incredible day for the Solana governance today. Sharing some numbers about SGP-0002:
- 263M SOL participated (about $27.7B)
- 11.2M SOL voted from their wallet, not relying on the validatorsโ vote. Thatโs 4.25% of the SOL that participated
- For validators that voted No, 2.77% of that stake overrode to Yes (1.8M)
- Over the last hour before vote close, 15.77M SOL switched from No or Abstain to Yes.
The proposal passed by 0.33 points.
