Dr. Samuel Victor, popularly known as Maxillodoctor, is a qualified dental surgeon, oral health advocate, content creator, and philanthropist based in Rivers State, Nigeria. He is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, where he successfully completed an intensive eight-year dental training programme and passed all six professional examinations required for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree. An aspiring Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Dr. Victor is passionate about advancing oral healthcare through clinical excellence, public education, and community service. He is widely recognized for using digital platforms to simplify dental and medical information, helping thousands of people make informed decisions about their health. Throughout his undergraduate years, Dr. Victor demonstrated exceptional leadership by serving in several strategic positions within the Port Harcourt University Dental Students’ Association (PUDSA). His leadership journey includes: Senate Class Representative (2018/2019) Provost (2019/2020) Financial Secretary (2021/2022) Director of Socials (2024/2025) 13th President of PUDSA (2025/2026) In addition to his contributions within PUDSA, he also served as Chairman of FYMESCA,Christian Medical and Dental Association (CMDA) University of Port Harcourt Chapter in 2019, where he coordinated faith-based leadership and student development initiatives. As Maxillodoctor, Dr. Victor has built a strong presence across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and other digital platforms, where he creates engaging educational content on oral health, preventive dentistry, general health awareness, and healthy lifestyle practices. His mission is to improve public health literacy, encourage preventive healthcare, and inspire positive health-seeking behaviours, particularly among Nigerians. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Victor is actively involved in philanthropic activities, student mentorship, and community outreach programmes, offering free oral health education and promoting access to quality dental care.
