If a man is able to over power and rape another man, he will be strong, violent and aggressive. This would have been a long and sustained attack, and I do not believe the victim wasn't able to provide basics like weight, height, skin colour and accent. A man of this level of aggression and strength is now free in St Austell. Its a dereliction of duty to not out out any sort of description to make every effort to arrest this man as early as possibly before he harms someone else.
