According to reports, Braziel was accused of stealing $5.5 Million from his former clients, and paid a total $6.4 Million in 2025 to settle the claims against him. Braziel's objective seems to be to buy up claims on stolen COLDCARD coins from victims to turn a profit. Braziel does this because he knows that the chances of recovery are *not zero*.
