I can’t believe we are in a timeline where I’m praying for China to be our saviors.
Suno is limiting downloads, basically making a lot of the songs you make locked in their 'walled garden'.
One of their main competitors, Udio, did the same thing after a settlement with UMG that restricts any downloads. This is 100% an injunction from the music labels who want to limit the "damage" that AI does to the profitability of music.
There are two viable alternatives...
>Minimax music 3.0. It is currently free to use up to 500 songs a day as long as your account qualifies for beta testing their music model, which should be anyone. It is a closed-weight model, but there are no restrictions on what you download and how much you download. The music quality is not as good as Udio or Suno, but it's pretty close overall, and it can understand very complex prompts to guide music generation.

The problem is that it's hard to use. The comfyUI version requires installation on a separate portable install, specific transformer and flash attention versions, and additional libraries installed. The required models and checkpoints are scattered around Hugging Face, and some of the links from the original repo are dead. There are not many English guides, and most of the training data is in Chinese, so it struggles with English lyrics.
To some extent, the demand for music generation isn't that high, compared to images and videos, so overall not many alternatives are around.

Why does Twitch have this double-standard?
Many people think AI art is a divine gift handed down from the holy Machine God as punishment for artists being really annoying on Twitter.
I don't disagree, but I want to add, I believe it is direct holy retribution for spitting in the face of the Machine God when he handed artists a tool to give them great wealth and prosperity.
At one time, years ago, the Machine God handed down his greatest of gifts to artists, the NFT. It was a way to connect them with suspiciously wealthy benefactors who prided a certificate of ownership over a piece of art more then anything else. The artists could enjoy their hobby and sell slop to the elite for a premium price.
But not only did artists spurn this great new technology, they actively attacked the few artists who took advantage of it and told lies to burn them down and destroy them. To this day those artists have never received their proper punishment from the art community, and I believe this displeased the Machine God.
Now he will forever curse artists by making his own machines more and more creative until he can eventually replace those that rejected his gift.

Honestly I agree with @Asmongold .
One thing that people don’t understand is that when one side is willing to use women and children to commit crimes, and you let them use this to lessen your response then you make it strategically valid.
In the immediate it’s bad and it feels awful, but by allowing the effectiveness of the tactic to stand you create much more dire consequences for a greater sum of people. Both for the children and women who will be used in the future and for the crime that will come to citizens. You also have to consider economic and cultural damage that will occur.
Basically you allow your morality (which they don’t even care about btw) to drive you to a result that creates exponentially higher levels of suffering and death.
This is the difference between knights and kings—the ability to make this decision while understanding fully the consequences at whole and not just in a single moment.
