Agentic AI is fundamentally reshaping cybersecurity requirements. The industry needs security designed into the entire AI stack, starting with the silicon itself and not added as an afterthought. Thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with @CrowdStrike CEO @George_Kurtz at fal.con earlier today. @intel and CrowdStrike are uniquely positioned to combine hardware-level capabilities with cloud-native security intelligence. Security starts with Intel!

Following Intel’s $23 billion oversubscribed capital raise, I’m grateful to everyone who has reached out with messages of support and confidence in our future. Thank you, @adenatfriedman and @Nasdaq, for helping us mark this important moment for Intel. We are building a new @intel - more focused, more disciplined and moving with greater speed. The work continues, and I’m excited about what lies ahead!

Yesterday, @intel completed our planned capital raise of $20B in one of the largest follow-on equity offerings on record. With strong support from targeted long-term sovereign funds, fundamental growth and institutional investors, specialty hedge funds and retail investors, the round was oversubscribed >5X our initial goal. Many thanks to our underwriters JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup for their excellent support. With this additional capital, Intel is now well positioned to meet the tremendous growth opportunity ahead of us in advanced node wafer manufacturing, advanced packaging and the massive CPU demand. We remain laser focused on execution across all our businesses. Along with the full support of our Board, my leadership team and I are fully committed to delivering strong returns to our shareholders in the coming years and to building a new and vibrant Intel.

I was delighted to celebrate National Intern Day with a group of @intel interns this week. It was wonderful to see the energy and fresh insight our interns bring to the future of computing! Super excited to welcome my close friend Seok-Hee Lee back to Intel! @seokhee4 is a highly regarded semiconductor process integration expert and successful CEO (SK Hynix). Early in his career, he spent over 10 years at @intel, contributing to several critical Intel process technologies. He will now oversee our advanced packaging technology development and drive exciting new system integration projects! Advanced packaging and system integration are increasingly critical areas for Intel Foundry and for the future of computing. Seok-Hee will help Intel accelerate the ramp of our industry leading EMIB-T and HBI technologies. I look forward to partnering with him and have him rejoin Intel at this critical time!

Congratulations Prime Minister @narendramodi on becoming the longest serving elected Prime Minister in India's history! Your contributions to the development of India over the last 12 years have been extraordinary and I am delighted to see India-US relations getting stronger every year. India is one of Intel’s largest and fastest growing markets and is home to thousands of talented Intel employees. I enjoyed our conversation in New Delhi last year on developing a semiconductor ecosystem in India and I look forward to meeting you again soon.

.@intel and @GreenstoneBio are working together to speed up the development of new medicine, combining state of the art human genetics and biology from Greenstone with advanced computing platforms from Intel. This work will allow rapid drug discovery at lower cost. This combination of human biology and AI computing will shape the future of biomedicine in the coming years. I’m amazed by the work my longtime friend Dr. @Joseph_C_Wu and his team are doing, and we are excited about the potential of this partnership.

Intel has been developing brain-inspired neuromorphic silicon technology for several years. We are now accelerating this work as we partner with Echo Neurotechnologies to develop algorithms that are not just brain-inspired, but actually trained on brain activity itself. This will allow us to build highly energy-efficient computing architectures and platforms that are faster, lighter and closer to how humans actually think. I am excited to work with my friend Dr. Eddie Chang and his talented team at Echo Neurotechnologies. Together, we will build AI that learns from the most powerful computer ever discovered, the human brain!

Intel is deepening our collaboration with Foxconn to build next‑gen AI infrastructure for data centers, edge AI, and physical AI. Our collaboration aims to give data center and cloud customers AI racks that are denser, more power‑efficient, and ready for the next wave of agentic workloads. Thank you, Young Liu and Jerry Hsiao, for your partnership.

I was in Tokyo earlier this week where @intel announced a partnership with @Hitachi to bring AI into the physical world - from energy grids and rail networks to smart factories and critical infrastructure. Looking forward to working with Toshiaki Tokunaga and the Hitachi team on quantum computing, energy optimization, purpose-built silicon for edge AI, advanced foundry equipment and automation. Together we will help make the world’s most important infrastructure smarter, more resilient, and more sustainable.

Earlier this week, Intel announced an expanded collaboration with @Siemens – from EDA and chip design to foundry and manufacturing to Intel silicon powering Siemens products. I am delighted to partner with my friends @NeikeCedrik and @BuschRo on purpose‑built silicon for the next industrial era.

This week, I was honored to deliver the Computex 2026 keynote in Taipei. From silicon to systems to software – Intel's vision for the future of computing spans across Personal Computers and Edge devices to Data Centers and Intelligence Centers. Thank you to the many colleagues and friends who joined me in presenting this vision. It was wonderful to reconnect with so many customers, partners, and longtime friends on “Silicon Island.” Thank you for your support. We are just getting started on our journey to build a new @intel.

Congratulations to my good friend Jensen Huang on being awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Science and Technology from @CarnegieMellon University for his outstanding contributions to accelerated computing and Artificial Intelligence. It was my honor to place upon him his doctoral hood this morning. @intel and @nvidia are collaborating to develop exciting new products!

Looking forward to working closely with my good friend Amin Vahdat and the Google team to build a long-term and trusted partnership and help build a range of AI and cloud infrastructure solutions for Google. @intel @googlecloud
