They’ve filed ZERO motions to compel because they are satisfied with state cooperation on this. (So, no fed conspiracy to deny defense exculpatory evidence.) No bullet casing on the roof? So what? Bolt action rifles don’t auto reject casings if only one shot is fired. The casing was found inside the rifle with three other unfired rounds. (So, not a “set up” framing Tyler Robinson’s rifle.) Tyler Robinson was laughing in court. (So, not distraught about “false allegations.) What is the defense here?
