Both women received severe injuries after a near fatal rollover crash when another car swerved into their lane head on. Made worse when the daughter suffered a seizure—after the trauma of seeing her mother violently handcuffed. Polk County Sheriff’s Office contacted ICE after deciding the women's paperwork looked suspicious. They have an ongoing formal cooperation agreement with ICE.
