Tair led our new payments tab end to end. Research, spec, the proposal, handoff to engineering, all of it. Tair runs a team of 12 in technical support, and she studied psychology. shes not a product manager and she is not an engineer. she was one of the first people to join @Base44 from @Wix after the acquisition. she learned base44 from the tickets, one conversation at a time. That is a different education than the rest of us got, and it turns out to be the useful one. Her team saw builders connecting a payment provider and then hitting a wall, with no clear next step. So she went and fixed it. The new tab sits in the dashboard and walks you through the setup in one place. Nobody at Base44 needs a title to own something end to end. Ask anyone for help and you will get it, but the process is yours and you do not wait in line for it. Nobody handed Tair this, other than the tickets, so she just took it

Enterprise segment for @Base44 is growing extremely fast. we spent a lot of time and talent expanding it and working on the important parts that enterprises need. SSO, governance, security center, design systems, deep integrations, etc... now we have the best person to lead this effort ! We just blew past $200M ARR at @Base44 5 months after hitting $100M. We've released Base 1 in between. i'm proud of the healthy business we're building, being the only platform to own its entire stack (backend, models, etc) - which also allows us to move fast and be creative.
