@Superhuman made me fast.
@WisprFlow made me faster. Neither one made my team faster.
So I spent ten months building that part myself.
A git repo that AI agents operate, instead of a marketing stack. Started as one prompt in Claude Code last October. I pushed to it most days and I've never shipped a line of production code.
It worked. About twenty people ended up running on it. We cut roles off the hiring plan because we no longer needed them.
Here's what I got wrong. I thought that was the finish line.
The leverage only existed inside my repo, for people willing to live in a terminal. Every company that wants this has to build their own from scratch, and almost none of them will.
That isn't a systems problem. It's a product problem.
Today I joined
@viktor_com full-time as Head of Growth.
Viktor is that same principle built as a product instead of a side project. An AI employee who lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, where the team already is instead of where I already am. Every skill someone ships is usable by the whole team the moment it lands.
$75M Series A led by
@Accel. I'm building the growth org from zero, and I'm hiring now.
Also: two years of Pacific hours from Europe, closing the laptop at 1am. The new office is fifteen minutes from my apartment.
If you're a marketing engineer who's tired of being the only person at your company who can run the thing you built, my DMs are open.
