17 years ago on this day, I founded Social Media Examiner. Back then, I had jet-black hair and was extremely ignorant. I had no idea what the future would hold, but I did have one thing, which was vision. I believed that it was possible to publish free insights about how to use social media and that I could make a small dent in the world. Little did I know how difficult the future was going to be, yet also the kind of impact our company would have. Thank you to the thousands of people who wrote for us, have been on our shows, and worked or spoke at our events. Thank you to all the employees (past and present) who work(ed) tirelessly to help make this thing a reality. 17 years is a really long time, and there were multiple situations where we could have gone out of business, but by God's grace, we are still here. Thank you! @SMExaminer
