By my count this is the 9th lawsuit they have done against states and cities violating the Second Amendment.
No prior administration had even done one.
Congratulations as well to Jason Wolford, whose name is now forever immortalized in a Supreme Court ruling upholding the Second Amendment!
I had the pleasure of meeting him at SHOT Show in January.
