Giving an AI agent a wallet is probably the easy part. The harder part starts when you ask, “Who told this thing it was allowed to spend the money?” That distinction becomes pretty important once agents start doing more than sending test transactions. An agent could be paying for data, buying a service, settling a bill, or handling funds for a business. The wallet can sign the transaction, but the signature alone does not tell you who gave the agent permission to act. It is a bit like handing someone your company card and saying, “Go ahead.” The card works. The payment goes through. But your accountant is still going to ask who approved the purchase when the bill shows up. Agent identity matters and that is why @Concordium is working tirelessly for an AI agent to have a verifiable connection to the human or business standing behind it, while keeping sensitive identity information private. As agents get more control over money, knowing what an agent can do will matter. Knowing who authorised it to do it will matter just as much. #Concordium# #ConcordiumAmbassador#
