First-time users of the redesigned MyKad are currently unable to complete MyDigital IDโs online registration, as the system has yet to recognise the new card.
The card has also been rejected by Touch โn Go eWallet, Ryt Bank, AEON Bank and GXBank, highlighting wider compatibility issues, SoyaCincau reports.
