New update: Pegana 0.5.0
The upgrade is simple: when a price feed breaks, Pegana now calls it Unknown instead of forcing a false Critical or Black Swan verdict.
That matters because a risk oracle should not turn bad input into fake confidence. If the data path is broken, the system needs to say that clearly.
Every 0.5.0 verdict still ships with a receipt, so the result can be re-run and verified independently.
