We had Flock cameras in the area when a dog attacked my daughter. The dog almost tore her arm off. She had to get rabies shots and countless stitches.
The dog was off leash. It belonged to a woman the cop was friends with. When we asked about the Flock footage, he told us, โIโm sorry, the Flock camera is broken.โ
