Railgun TVL denominated in ETH is holding near ATH, and the capital sitting inside the system has grown YoY — even with the major assets trading lower. The protocol is processing more operations while the average size per transaction shrinks (in the segment it's down 44% YoY). That points to a shift toward more frequent, smaller usage. Fees per transaction have fallen accordingly. But the total volume of fees Railgun collects is still fairly high, only slightly below last spring's peaks.
