𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 ($𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗭) 𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗣𝗖𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗬𝗟𝗘 Being the only one who has been posting on X about Securitize and it's up to $10 premarket, many people DM'd me along the lines of "good trade, sad I missed it". Brother. You didn't miss it. $SECZ is around $10 pre-market. It opened public trading at the IPO at $12.44 per share. It's still below that. This is it. This one and my previous thesis are tweets that are going to be quotetweeted in 1 year when $SECZ trades above $50 with "in hindsight so obvious, cant believe I missed it". If you believe in tokenization as the new, next big thing, you have to look at it through a tradfi lens. Not with a crypto lens. Don't worry, I will spoonfeed and handhold you through it. 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀: • Leading tokenization platform, $5B+ tokenized AUM • ~$1.5B market cap (Sept. 17, 2026); NYSE: SECZ  • No debt, $350m cash • Powers BlackRock’s BUIDL fund; partners include Apollo, KKR and Hamilton Lane • BlackRock led a $47M funding round, with its executive Joseph Chalom appointed to the board in 2024  • Investors include BlackRock, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, ARK Invest, Hamilton Lane, Tradeweb, Jump Crypto and Blockchain Capital  • Computershare partnership to tokenize U.S. public-company shares  • NYSE collaboration on its upcoming tokenized securities platform  𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱: Atkins (SEC chair) was already talking about tokenization in 2025  Securitize’s institutional positioning began before its listing: BlackRock led a $47M funding round in May 2024, alongside asset manager Hamilton Lane, trading-platform operator Tradeweb and crypto investor ParaFi. In October 2025, it announced a $1.25B SPAC merger with Cantor Equity Partners II, followed by its NYSE debut in July 2026. Backers also included Morgan Stanley Investment Management, ARK Invest and crypto venture firm which is a deliberate institutional bet on tokenization’s growth. -- Okay, so we got the major institutions with inside info setting up a new company with no debt and a lot of cash. BlackRock is already kingmaking Securitize through BUIDL, investment and board seats. I am in possession of a tweet from Andy from the @therollupco which had very bullish alpha about Securitize. He has been nailing these rumours, and out of respect I won't share it here other than that I have it. Where was I, oh yes. We have a this specifically engineered company by BlackRock and Ark, we have bullish rumours (which I estimate 80%+ to be true) and we have a big tokenization narrative. Many people get the SEC exemption wrong. Tokenization is fragmented now, and is being done in many different ways. As @Delphi_Digital detailed in their latest report, tokenization =/ tokenization. You can do it many different ways, but some are still non-compliant. The real tokenization happen so the tradfi side of it, and there will be fierce competition. But in my eyes, real tokenization will always be owned by tradfi.  Believe me; tradfi firms will never, ever, allow such a big paradigm shift owned by some crypto token. Tokenization unlocks 24/7 trading and many other new revenue generating business models. Do you think BlackRock will miss the boat because some crypto native project pumps out a wrapper? Securitize is now at $1.5b mcap. You know how early you are? Delphi Digital put a report about tokenization yesterday. First 20 visitors got it for free. I got it for free after 4 hours (!) So, did you miss it?  There's a reason I call Securitize the NVIDIA of tokenization. Tradfi moves different. It's not an intraday play. 𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗔: Nov. 30, 2022 — ChatGPT launches: Nvidia at $16.92. End of 2022 — $14.61: Down 14% after launch. May 25, 2023 — $37.98: +24% in one day as AI demand drives major revenue forecast upgrade. End of 2023 — $49.52: 2.9× launch price. End of 2024 — $134.29: 7.9× launch price. End of 2025 — $186.50: 11.0× launch price. Sept. 15, 2026 — $212.17: 12.5× launch price—approximately +1,154% The AI paradigm took months and years to materialize. We got tokenization for the coming 5 years, just ask yourself how long would it take to reprice that accordingly. Today, you can buy the market leader in tokenization, backed - no kingmade by BlackRock, for $10 United States dollars. Don't even try to value it against revenue; this is not the moment.
