Trump has lost every single one of these lawsuits, for extremely obviously reasons. But that’s not the point, of course; it’s to impose additional costs on the media who report on him.
The Trump DOJ has lost every single lawsuit on this issue so far.
One reason the founders believed in a separation of church and state was that they knew it would corrupt religion to intertwine it with politics; and here we are.
One of the VERY FIRST things done after the Constitutional Convention in 1787 was to have the text of the new Constitution translated into Dutch and German, which were at the time the two largest non-English language spoken in the United States.
