Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib(@RepRashida):Imagine needing to buy water on a hot day only to find the price went up because of the weather or worse, because a company decided YOU should pay more because of your search history. This is wrong. My bill bans electronic shelf labels and surveillance pricing in grocery stores.
