Nairobi is set for a proposed $294.49M mixed-use development featuring a 10,000-seat indoor sports arena, hotel, serviced apartments, retail and entertainment facilities.
The project is being spearheaded by Zaria Group, co-founded by Mavericks President Masai Ujiri.
