Good Morning from Germany, where house prices are defying the bond selloff. The Europace House Price Composite Index rose 0.2% in July MoM and 1.4% YoY, while existing homes jumped 0.9% MoM. Remarkable resilience given the sharp rise in long-term yields and financing costs.
