Deutsche Bank has doubled its 2026 GDP forecast to 1.0% from 0.5%, after a surprisingly resilient H1: GDP grew 0.4% QoQ in Q1 and 0.3% in Q2. Growth is seen accelerating further to 1.3% in 2027, helped by the fiscal push and a rebound in investment.
