Really nice to see Lucid still monitoring and proactively replacing potentially problematic packs. I'm not sure of any other OEM that does this without the owner raising concerns first or after an obvious failure. ๐

Sheโs back! Lucid proactively replaced my battery pack before it was an issue. No failure, breakdown, or inconvenience. To me, thatโs very reassuring. Experiences like this are what really build confidence in a brand. Thanks to everyone involved for making it a smooth process.
