SoFi Investor Relations(@SoFiIR):The election notice date for the settlement of the 2026 convertible notes was on April 15th, 2026. We included more details on our election in the recent 2Q 2026 10-Q in Note 9, where we stated that, "we will settle any conversions by a combination of cash up to the aggregate principal amount of the 2026 convertible notes, and shares of our common stock for any conversion consideration in excess of the principal amount of the 2026 convertible notes, based on the applicable conversion rate(s)." At the current share price, this would mean we would settle all of the 2026 convertible notes in cash. We encourage investors to look at Note 9 and Note 10 of the 10-Q for additional information.
