Honored to be in Grand Isle today with @USACEHQ and @SteveScalise for the Breakwaters Groundbreaking. Today, we are closing a gap in Grand Isle's breakwater system. But more importantly, we are taking another step toward protecting this community and strengthening the future of this great island.
