Men aren't barred from school sports, they're barred from competing against WOMEN.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a decision to uphold state laws barring transgender girls and women from playing on school athletic teams.
The court's six-justice conservative majority ruled that the state bans in Idaho and West Virginia do not violate the Constitution. The court also unanimously agreed that the bans do not violate Title IX, the federal law that prohibits sex discrimination in education.
