普通人真别被那些吹大炮、割韭菜的带偏了，也别一窝蜂去折腾 DeepSeek Harness。说白了，这就是个开发者工具，不是拿来陪普通人聊天的。99.9% 的人连插件是啥都没搞懂，就开始幻想什么万能自动化，基本都是噱头。日常用AI干活，我还是推荐Codex，别折腾半天，最后啥也没做出来。
