Notion CLI order of precedence:
1. `$NOTION_HOME`
2. `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`/`$APPDATA` (depending on OS)
3. `$HOME/.config`
4. `$HOME/.notion`
can we stop polluting `$HOME` everyone? how about we put these clearly configuration files in .... ~/.config 😳
