Wake up randomly at 5:30am and see texts from my son, who is spending the night at a friends house. “Mom are you up”… “mom can you come get me”… text came through at 12:30am (I was already knocked out). Does anyone know why I can smell my boyfriend's seizures days before they happen? So my bf just had a seizure (6/22) and on Friday (6/19) I told him that I could smell it coming. He originally didn't believe me but this is like the fifth or sixth time this has happened. He doesn't understand how and honestly I dont either. I compare it to how I can smell people with diabetes in a way that no one else around me will be able to smell the same thing. UPDATE: 9pm We were sent home...

A guy at a table snapped his fingers at her to get her attention. Like she was a dog.
She looked terrified and started rushing over.
I stopped her. I put my hand on her shoulder and said, "I got this."
I walked over to him slowly. I said:
"We don't do that here. Use your words, or close your tab."
He turned bright red. He didn't snap again.
