No preventative care, can’t get a GP appointment, and £120bn for one train line. If “mindset” is what makes a country first world, ours isn’t looking great either.
@alexanderrX_ A nice building doesn’t make a Third World society First World. What makes a country Third World is the people and their mindset, not what some Chinese contractors have built there.
