He set out an ambition for the UK to lead the world in discovering new treatments to beat dementia, alongside substantial new investment in The BARBARA Alliance. It's a major vote of confidence in the researchers, clinicians and organisations working together to accelerate progress, remove barriers to clinical trials and accelerate progress towards new treatments.
