Extraordinarily sad.
The tragedy here is that these deaths are entirely preventable with a safe, cheap intervention -- the MMR vaccine
No European country splits the MMR vaccine as 3 separate shots.
The closest historical exceptions were Russia and Tajikistan who used partial combinations
They both now have moved to full MMR
