Be kind to people. ❤️ You never really know what someone is carrying behind that smile. Someone you think is rude may be fighting a battle they don’t know how to talk about. Someone who seems distant may be dealing with things that have left them emotionally exhausted. Someone who looks like they have everything together may be silently struggling. So, before you judge, pause. Before you speak harshly, think. Before you make someone feel small, remember that your words may stay with them long after you have forgotten the conversation. Kindness costs nothing, but it can mean everything to someone who is having a difficult day. Be gentle with people.
