Here's a novel visualization of the Security Council vote. Except for me and @blockchainjames, all ENS whose origin or delegation came from the timelock and labs wallets voted NO. Except for a small amount of people who delegated to nick, every other origin was green.
Remember this was supposed to be a standard renewal of a security feature, but Labs feared it could have a theoretical impact on a vote that hasn't even been put forward.
