When I eat too much, I drink pineapple juice because I feel like my digestive system is digesting the food from the bottom, and the pineapple juice is digesting the food from the top so then there’s less food for me to physically digest

Neurodivergent dating isn’t hard because we’re “broken.” It’s hard because dating culture expects you to constantly perform text all day, read between the lines, remember every little detail, and somehow know what someone needs without them saying it. That kind of emotional performance gets exhausting. We’re not incapable of love. We just connect better when things are honest, direct, and real. No performance. Just presence.
