Larry Culp pulled off incredible turnaround at GE. The conglomerate had a market cap of $96B when he became CEO in 2018. After refocusing divisions and two spin-offs, the 3 GE firms now combined market cap of $665B: GE Aerospace ($367B), GE Vernova ($270B), GE Healthcare ($28B).
