THIS is who Democrats fight to protect!!! ICE arrested a Brazilian in Mooresville that DHS labels a former TERR*RIST COMMANDER!!! ⠀ The man is Felipe Linares de Oliveira Dell Aquilla, nicknamed Don. HSI Greensboro and Charlotte grabbed him June 5, 2026, after a traffic stop in Iredell County, North Carolina. ⠀ DHS said he had been a commander in Primeiro Comando da Capital and Comando Vermelho. Those two Brazilian gangs were designated Foreign Terr*rist Organizations by the United States the same day. ⠀ Brazilian authorities told CNN Brasil they do not recognize him as a boss of either faction. Folha reported his Brazilian convictions are for drug tr@fficking, fraud, and extortion and do not name PCC or CV. ⠀ ICE said he entered the United States illegally on an unknown date at an unknown place. Brazil had an Interpol notice on him for criminal association and extortion. Folha said one extortion case drew a nine-year sentence. ⠀ DHS said he was holding his own wife against her will in the car and preparing to run for Mexico.
