They’re setting up the first proper research Institute dedicated to prediction markets - independent academic work, open data, and actual fellowships. They’re funding 12 PhD researchers with $10k each through the Science Fellowship. Applications open August 18. Researchers get full independence - they can publish whatever they want, even if it’s critical of Polymarket but they’re barred from trading while they’re in the program. More information below:
