🚨BREAKING/TEXAS FLOCK SCANDAL: Moments ago I confirmed that the TEXAS GOVERNMENT has already spent OVER $11 MILLION on 1,236 FLOCK CAMERAS!! Even worse... in the email I'm posting below, Texas @TxDPS confirms they are in fact using "MVCPA funds." But the Texas Legislature NEVER explicitly authorized MVCPA funds to be used for Flock/ALPRs! Last week LOCAL governments in Texas were stopped from using state funds for Flock/ALPRs... good!... but... apparently the STATE government has been (and may still be using) state funds for Flock cameras!! I've been filing bills to fight FLOCK/ALPRs in Texas for years. But "Republican" Speakers Phelan and Burrows keep stopping them and allowing Texans to be taxed out of their homes to fund their own warrantless surveillance! This must stop! Texas must not become a police state!!! Developing...
