I'm grateful for the continued trust that hobbyists, developers, enterprises, and researchers put in us. Our growth has been incredible, and Stripe is the perfect partner to help us accelerate from here. As we scale our global platform, we can benefit from Stripe’s engineering excellence and infrastructure. There is also no one better at managing fraud and abuse; something we believe will only become more challenging for AI companies to address. And of course we are both neutral platforms on top of complex, fragmented ecosystems, who work hard to make our partners successful. There are almost no companies on earth we would have considered selling to; our commitment to high-taste APIs, to making it easy to build in a complex domain, and to neutrality means the natural set of acquirers is vanishingly small. Additionally, we are having a heck of a good time building the company. The only way we would do this is if we thought we could do more together, and make better products for our customers. That’s our promise now: That nothing will change about OpenRouter, except a step up in velocity, and quality. Can’t wait!
