Can you give me even one example by name? Most of us know exactly what we ought to do about it, and say so: Treat people as individuals, not members of groups, and we should all do our damnedest to apply the same standards to everyone, whether it's a question of hiring, firing, promotion, or college admissions.
For 50 years, public policy has demanded we do exactly the opposite, and it has been toxic--approaching lethal toxicity in 2021-2024.
